2. Reservations and Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the Hotel. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation via email or through our booking platform, along with a valid booking reference number.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- The Guest named on the booking must be at least 18 years of age at the time of check-in and must present valid government-issued photographic identification upon arrival.
- Room allocation is at the discretion of the Hotel. While we endeavour to accommodate preferences and special requests, these cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the contractual agreement.
- Group bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to separate terms and may require a signed group booking agreement.
3. Rates and Payment
- All quoted rates are per room, per night, unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes at the time of booking. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust rates to reflect any changes in tax legislation.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. The Hotel may pre-authorise or charge a deposit at the time of booking, the amount of which will be communicated during the reservation process.
- Full payment for the stay, including any additional charges incurred during the visit, such as minibar, dining, spa, room service, or damages, is due at check-out unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
- The Hotel accepts payment by major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. Cash payments may be accepted at the Hotel's discretion and may be subject to verification procedures.
- In the event of a declined payment, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or withhold services until payment is settled.
- Any pricing errors on our website or booking platforms will be corrected upon discovery. If a booking has been made at an incorrect rate, the Hotel will contact the Guest to offer the corrected rate or a full refund.
4. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows
- Any change or cancellation made within 24 hours of the booking date is strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications to room type, dates of stay, guest names, and full cancellations. By confirming your booking, you expressly acknowledge and accept this non-refundable condition.
-
Cancellations made outside the 24-hour non-refundable window are subject to the following:
- Standard Rate Bookings: cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
- Promotional or Discounted Rate Bookings: may carry stricter cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking. These terms supersede the standard cancellation policy.
- Peak Season and Event Bookings: reservations made during peak periods, holidays, or in conjunction with special events may be subject to enhanced cancellation charges as communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in a charge equivalent to the full booking value. The Hotel reserves the right to release the room for subsequent nights.
- Early departure does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights unless agreed in writing by the Hotel management.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your booking confirmation.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made in advance and are not guaranteed.
- Check-out later than 2:00 PM without prior arrangement may result in an additional night's charge at the prevailing rate.
- All Guests must present valid government-issued photographic identification at check-in. The Hotel may refuse check-in if satisfactory identification is not provided.
- A security deposit or pre-authorisation may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This will be released or refunded upon check-out, subject to a final account review, within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and lawful manner at all times while on the Premises. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask any Guest to vacate the Premises without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, threatening, or in violation of these Terms.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel. Designated smoking areas are available on the Premises. A cleaning surcharge of no less than £250 will be applied for any breach of this policy.

- Events and Private Functions: events held at the Hotel are subject to a separate events agreement. The Hotel reserves the right to impose noise restrictions, capacity limits, and other conditions to ensure the comfort of all Guests.
- Concierge Services: recommendations, reservations, and arrangements made by our concierge team on behalf of Guests are provided as a courtesy. The Hotel is not liable for the services, quality, or conduct of third-party providers.
8. Liability and Limitation of Liability
- The Hotel accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees acting in the course of their employment.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Hotel's total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with your stay or use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Guest for the relevant booking.

- Guests acknowledge that use of leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and spa, is at their own risk. The Hotel is not responsible for injuries sustained through the improper use of such facilities.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Elysium Premier website and application, including text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, design elements, and software, is the property of Elysium Premier or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Guests and visitors may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of Elysium Premier.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
- The Hotel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
- For full details on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website or upon request at Reception.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
- The Hotel may recommend or facilitate access to third-party services, including transportation, tours, entertainment, and excursions. These services are provided by independent operators and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
- The Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, quality, or safety of third-party services, and any disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
- Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. The Hotel is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external websites.
12. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes or labour disputes, utility or infrastructure failures, and severe weather events. In such circumstances, the Hotel will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where possible, offer alternative arrangements or credit for future stays.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

- If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
